Hospitality

F&B uniforms for service, not the kitchen line

Waitstaff, captains, bartenders and hosts work in public, near food, on their feet. The clothing has to take spills and still look like the dining room.

Service garments

Shirts, waistcoats, aprons and trousers are specified against the outlet: all-day cafe is not fine dining. Pocketing for dockets and devices is part of the pattern, not an accessory.

Keep chef clothing on the chef page

Kitchen heat and food-production hygiene belong in chef and kitchen. Mixing those cuts into F&B service is how outlets look confused.
